Delivery and payment terms

What are the delivery rules?

Delivery depends on the time you purchased the product and is regulated by the following conditions.

  1. If you purchased the product in the first half of the day (before 12:00) and chose the delivery speed as "Urgent", the product can be delivered on the same day.
  2. If you purchased the product in the second half of the day (from 13:00 to 17:00) and chose the delivery speed as "Urgent", delivery can be postponed to the same day or the next business day.
  3. If you purchased the product on Saturday and chose the delivery speed as "Urgent", delivery will be postponed to the next business day.
  4. If you purchased the product on weekends or holidays, the delivery of the product will be postponed to the next business day.
  5. If the product you ordered is only available in our regional stores (Ganja or Shaki), orders are processed every Wednesday. For this reason, delivery will be made on the mentioned day, in the second half of the day. If this waiting period is not convenient for you, please order one of the similar products below or contact the operator.
