Products purchased online on our site are delivered by courier to the address you specify. Our delivery services are regulated according to the area and frequency of delivery.
Delivery to the cities of Baku, Sumqayit, and Khirdalan is carried out according to 2 frequencies: "Urgent" (1-2 days), "Standard" (2-4 days). Delivery to all other regions of Azerbaijan is carried out according to 1 frequency: Urgent (1-2 days).
Delivery rules:
Delivery depends on the time you purchased the product and is regulated by the following conditions:
- If you purchased the product in the first half of the day (until 12:00) and chose “Urgent” delivery frequency, the product can be delivered on the same day.
- If you purchased the product in the second half of the day (from 13:00 to 17:00) and chose “Urgent” delivery frequency, the delivery of the product can be transferred to the same day or the next working day.
- If you purchased the product on Saturday and chose “Urgent” delivery frequency, the delivery will be transferred to the next working day.
- If you purchased the product on weekends or holidays, the delivery will be transferred to the next working day.
- If the product is available only in our regional stores (Ganja or Shaki), orders are picked up every Wednesday. For this reason, delivery will be made on the specified day of the week, in the second half of the day.
